Terms and Conditions for VFLIGHT SIMULATION Mobile Flight Simulator Rental:

General Provisions

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the rental of a VFLIGHT SIMULATION Mobile Flight Simulator (the "Simulator") by the customer (the "Customer") from the owner and operator of the Simulator (the "Operator").

1.2 The Simulator is intended for practice, and entertainment purposes only.

1.3 The Simulator is operated and supervised by a commercial pilot and a flight instructor.

1.4 The Operator will deliver and set up the Simulator at the location requested by the Customer.

1.5 The Customer must supply two separate electric wall sockets to power the Simulator. If the Customer is unable to supply electricity, the Operator may bring a generator at an additional cost.

1.6 The Customer must be at least 18 years old to rent the Simulator.

1.7 The Operator reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and The Customer's continued use of The Simulator  will constitute acceptance of the modified terms

Booking and Payment

2.1 Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

2.2 Bookings are subject to availability and must be made at least 8 hours in advance.

2.3 The minimum booking time for individual hire is 2 hour, and it can be hired for multiple hours.

2.4 The Customer must pay the full booking price at the time of booking.

2.5 Payments can be made by credit card, debit card and AFTERPAY.

2.6 Bookings are non-refundable but booking date/time can be changed up to 48 hours prior to booking for no extra cost.  Changing of booking date/time is not available less than 48 hours before the booked time.

2.7 Bookings 50km outside of Brisbane City attracts $50 surcharge to cover extra travel costs. 

Simulator Use

3.1 The Customer must follow the instructions of the Operator and the flight instructor at all times.

3.2 The Customer must not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the use of the Simulator.

3.3 The Customer is responsible for any damage caused by  to the Simulator during their rental period.

3.4 The Customer is not allowed to bring any pets or animals into the Simulator.

3.5 The Operator reserves the right to terminate the rental if the Customer fails to follow these terms and conditions or if they pose a safety risk.

Liability and Insurance

4.1 VFLIGHT SIMULATION reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the simulator equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by the customer and/or their guests.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state or territory where the Simulator is rented.

5.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved by the courts of the state or territory where the Simulator is rented.
